Terms of Service

01Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WoshBay, a washing bay management application and dashboard built and operated by WoshBay ("WoshBay", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing the manager app, or using the owner dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of a washing bay business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business, and "you" refers to both you and that business.

02The service

WoshBay provides two connected interfaces:

• Manager app — used at the bay to scan vehicle number plates, log services performed, and assign washers.
• Owner dashboard — used to review revenue, service history, and washer activity across one or more branches.

We may add, change, or remove features from time to time as the product evolves. We'll try to give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce functionality you rely on.

03Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating a WoshBay account and keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including actions taken by washers or managers you've added.

WoshBay is intended for business use by washing bay owners and their staff. You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your country to register a business on WoshBay.

04Subscriptions, billing & trials

WoshBay is offered on paid monthly subscription plans (currently Starter and Growth). Prices are set in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) as the base currency; amounts shown in other African currencies on our site are indicative estimates, and your actual billing currency and amount are confirmed at signup.

New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No card is required to begin the trial. If you choose to continue after the trial, billing begins on the plan and cycle you select.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand.
• You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use WoshBay for any washing bay or business that isn't lawfully operated;
• Scan or store number plates or vehicle information you don't have a legitimate business reason to record;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the app without our written consent;
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the service, including attempting unauthorized access to other bays' accounts or data;
• Use the service to harass, defraud, or discriminate against any washer, customer, or other person.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

06Your data & plate records

Records you create in WoshBay — plate scans, service logs, pricing, washer assignments, and revenue data — belong to your business. We don't sell your bay's records, and we don't use them to promote competing bays.

We process this data on your behalf to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having any consents or notices in place that your local law requires for recording customers' vehicle information at your bay.

07AI scanning accuracy

Managers should confirm scanned plate numbers and service details before saving a record where accuracy is important. Dooinngs is not liable for losses arising from an inaccurate scan that wasn't reviewed before being saved.

08Intellectual property

The WoshBay app, dashboard, branding, and underlying software are owned by Dooinngs and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use WoshBay for your own washing bay business — nothing more.

09Termination & export

You may stop using WoshBay and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, don't pay outstanding fees, or pose a security risk to the service.

If your account is closed, you can export your full record history beforehand. We don't hold your bay's history hostage — it's yours.

10Disclaimers & limitation of liability

WoshBay is provided "as is." While we work to keep the service reliable, we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Dooinngs isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, regardless of the country your bay operates in.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as WoshBay evolves. For material changes, we'll notify account owners by email or in-app notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of WoshBay after that point means you accept the updated Terms.
